Hope Counselling Dundee
Hope Counselling are a high-quality, not for profit counselling and psychotherapy service working with adults, young people, children, and couples. They believe that people can find hope in even the most difficult circumstances, and believe it is OK to not be OK.
The service is available to people of any faith or none. Hope Counselling counsellors create a safe space for people to bring the complex messy reality of who they are, body soul and spirit, to be understood, helped and supported on the journey towards well-being.

The Reconnection Project
The Reconnection Project exists to give marginalised people a route to employment through skills-based training workshops in different locations across Dundee City and Arbroath, including at the Friary. For more information, or to get involved, visit the Reconnection Project website here.
How Does it Work?
The Reconnection Project does this through enabling participants to:
1. Learn New Skills
Reconnections offer skills-based training workshops in a range of areas: woodwork, gardening/landscaping, home maintenance, art and painting.
2. Contribute to your Community
Reconnections work with people who are on the recovery journey from drug or alcohol addiction, and other connected issues, such as criminal conviction or p.t.s.d./combat stress.
3. Improve your Employability
Reconnections offer help to people on their journey into employment. This includes gaining skills, experience, and work based certificated training such as COSH.
