What is the aim of operation pink?
To work in conjunction with local charities and agencies to provide essentials and/or food of a non-perishable nature to those who are most in need in our city.
How is this accomplished?
Contact will be made with a local charity or agency and we will establish what their specific needs are. Then a request will be presented to the church to make some provision in kindness to the charity or agency in relation to the need.
How can I GET INVOLVED?
A large PinK bucket will be placed underneath the operation pink display in the Station building. You can simply donate to the cause by placing the requested item(s) in the bucket provided.
What happens after I donate?
When the bucket is full or a closing date of the appeal has been reached, the contents will be donated to the chosen charity or agency.
